An Act relating to management of game populations, to the powers               
and duties of the commissioner of fish and game, and to the division           
of game with the following amendment:                                          
                                                                               
	HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 77(FIN)                                   
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House                      
amendment.                                                                     
                                                                               
Senator Halford called the Senate.
